Successful treatment of 113-year-old woman suffering from gall bladder stone 

Udaipur: A 113-year-old woman from Dungarpur, who was suffering from gall-bladder stone problem, complained of fever and vomiting along with unbearable pain in the stomach. In fact, the problem of stone in the human body is in the kidney and gallbladder. In which kidney stones are usually passed easily but gall bladder stones are passed with great difficulty, however in this emergency Dr. Sapan Ashok Jain, General Laparoscopic Surgeon and Dr. Abizar Anesthetic of Paras Hospital Udaipur Together they have achieved success in curing the patient through operation.
Dr. Gaurav Bindal, Medical Superintendent, Paras Hospital Udaipur, says  "113-year-old Dev Kanwar Chaubisa was admitted to us with acute abdomen. In this emergency, the patient presents with severe abdominal pain and fever. and was also vomiting, after examination it was found that he had a gall-bladder stone and it had leaked, due to which the bile inside the stomach had accumulated and slowly It had started turning into pus. If for some reason a person has a stone in the gall-bladder for a long time, due to the stone, the stomach slowly swells and the gall-bladder comes to a level and starts leaking. On examination, it was found that the gallbladder had leaked and pus was profuse. Then we operated through binoculars. The patient was operated upon and kept in the ICU and was discharged from the hospital after recovering."
“Gallbladder is a small organ located below the liver on the right side of the abdomen. The main function of this organ is to store bile. Bile is a greenish-yellow fluid that helps in digestion. Due to the formation of stones in this organ, people may have to face many types of physical problems, in which there are problems like abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, generally due to excessive amount of cholesterol in the bile, gall-bladder. Stones are a problem," Dr. Sapan Ashok Jain told.
Expressing gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff of Paras Hospital Udaipur, the patient and her relatives said that now she is feeling much better than before, there is no problem in eating and drinking and now she is completely healthy.
