###SPSU Cadets Excel in NCC ‘C’ Certificate Exam 2024

Sir Padampat Singhania University (SPSU), Udaipur, is committed to the holistic development of its students, promoting well-being, strengthening community bonds, and driving societal transformation towards a more equitable society.Recently, nine senior NCC cadets from the School of Engineering and Management excelled in the NCC ‘C’ Certificate Examination held in March 2024. The cadets are AadhyaGajjar, Shashwat Tiwari, Mohit Swami, Anjali Teli, Ravi Paliwal, Vinay Chaudhary, Laxmi Rajput, Kajal Janwa, and Sneha Tiwari.
Honourable President and Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Prithvi Yadav commended and encouraged these cadets for their unwavering commitment to the NCC platoon and for upholding the institution's values.All nine cadets are exempted from the UPSC written exam and will be directly called for the SSB interview. They will also receive bonus marks in various examinations for Central and State police services and paramilitary forces.
SPSU offers facilities such as a firing range and obstacle course, with training programs led by Lt. (Dr.) D S Chouhan, Associate NCC Officer and Deputy Dean Students’ Welfare. The cadets actively participate in camps like Combined Annual Training Camp, All India Girls Trekking Camp, EBSB, Pre RDC, and various community service activities. Since 2018, over 35 cadets have earned the C certificate, and more than 20 have been selected as officers in the armed forces.
