Leadership and Spirituality: A Management Faculty Session

The Faculty of Management at Sangam University organized a special session on The Importance of Spirituality in Leadership and Personality Development.

The keynote speaker for the session was Dr. S.N. Modani, Vice Chairman of Sangam Group of Industries. Dr. Modani delivered an inspiring presentation, sharing the success story of the Sangam Group and its business approach. He encouraged students to regularly conduct SWOT analysis and highlighted the importance of studying and applying the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. He emphasized that a strong spiritual quotient (SQ) is essential for effective leadership.

Prof. Karunesh Saxena, Vice Chancellor, described the event as both enlightening and motivational. Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Manas Ranjan Panigrahi praised the efforts of the Faculty of Management and expressed pride in the students' remarkable work. Registrar Prof. Rajeev Mehta congratulated the department on the successful event.

Dr. Mukesh Sharma expressed gratitude in his vote of thanks, highlighting the department's achievements. The session was coordinated by Dr. Surbhi Birla.

The session was held at Sangam Corporate House, where students explored the professional environment firsthand and gained valuable insights.
