Bhilwara: National Science Day 2025 was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Sangam University. The theme for this year was "Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership: Towards a Developed India in Science and Innovation." Various scientific activities and competitions were organized on this occasion.
The event began with the lighting of the lamp and the offering of floral tributes to the statue of the great scientist C.V. Raman, conducted by Prof. Dr. Rajeev Mehta (Registrar), Prof. Dr. Rakesh Bhandari (Dean of Research), and Prof. Dr. Vineesh Agarwal (Director of Student Affairs).
Prof. Preeti Mehta, Dean of the School of Basic and Applied Sciences, emphasized the importance of new research in science and student participation. In his address, Prof. Dr. Karunesh Saxena inspired students to achieve excellence in the fields of science and innovation. Prof. Dr. Rajeev Mehta stressed the need to promote science and research.
The National Science Day 2025 event at Sangam University was filled with knowledge, inspiration, and innovation, where both students and faculty demonstrated their commitment to science. On this occasion, students participated in various competitions based on the theme "Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership." The students showcased their scientific thinking and innovation talent through poster presentations, scientific model displays, and quiz competitions.
