District Collector Reviews PM Solar Home Free Electricity Scheme Implementation

Sri Ganganagar, A weekly review meeting of district-level officials was held on Monday in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Lokbandhu. During the meeting, the Collector emphasized the importance of a concerted campaign to ensure the benefits of the PM Solar Home Free Electricity Scheme reach the public.

The District Collector directed the electricity department to run a campaign to inform the public about the scheme and ensure its widespread implementation. He instructed officials to update relevant information on the portal and to meet the allocated targets within the stipulated timeframes.

Reviewing various central and state government schemes, the Collector urged district and sub-district level officials to achieve their assigned goals in line with government objectives. He stressed the need for serious and regular monitoring to bring about the desired progress in these schemes.

The Collector also directed the health department to expedite the distribution of Ayushman cards and e-KYC processes. He called for necessary actions to be completed by the Industry Department and RIICO for the Rising Rajasthan Summit. Additionally, he instructed that pending cases on the contact portal should be resolved regularly, with no case exceeding a 30-day duration. He emphasized prompt resolution of CMO cases as well.

Before the upcoming district-level public hearing, the Collector directed relevant departmental officials to resolve all pending issues. He reviewed the implementation of budget announcements and departmental schemes, urging adherence to the instructions provided by the in-charge minister and in-charge secretary, and ensuring that necessary actions are taken by the relevant departments.
