Rajasthan Government: Weekly Review Meeting Held in Sri Ganganagar

Sri Ganganagar, 9th December: A weekly review meeting of district-level officials was held on Monday in the Collectorate auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Manju. During the meeting, instructions were given to ensure the successful execution of various programs scheduled to mark the completion of one year of the current government's tenure, with specific responsibilities assigned to the concerned officials.

Emphasis on Program Arrangements
The meeting discussed the programs scheduled from 12th to 17th December, and supervision officers, nodal officers, and assistant nodal officers were appointed for these events. Dr. Manju emphasized that arrangements for these programs should be made as per the scheduled dates and plans. Additionally, no officer or employee will leave the headquarters or take leave without prior notice during these events.

Major Programs from 12th to 17th December
Dr. Manju informed that the "Run for Developed Rajasthan" will start at 8 AM from Sukhadia Circle and reach Ganga Singh Chowk on 12th December. Later that day, from 11 AM to 1:30 PM, a Youth Conference and Employment Festival will be held at the Ganganagar Traders Association building in New Grain Market. A district-level exhibition will also be inaugurated at the Information Centre on the same day. Furthermore, on 13th December, a Farmer's Conference, on 14th December, a Women's Conference, on 15th December, an Antyodaya Service Camp, and on 17th December, programs for the inauguration and foundation laying by the Prime Minister will take place.

Instructions for Cleanliness at Event Venues
During the meeting, the District Collector instructed the Municipal Council to ensure special attention to cleanliness at the event venues and throughout the city. The Municipal Council and the Urban Development Trust will be responsible for placing hoardings and banners showcasing the government's achievements.

The meeting was attended by ADM Administration Mrs. Reena, ADM Vigilance Mr. Narendra Pal Singh, CEO District Council Mr. Subhash Kumar, and other district-level officials.
