Sri Ganganagar: A meeting of revenue officials was held on Tuesday in the Collectorate auditorium, chaired by District Collector Dr. Manju. During the meeting, the District Collector reviewed land allotment cases related to the budget announcements and directed that the implementation of the state government’s 2025-26 budget announcements should be expedited. She also reviewed the activities under the *Nasha Mukt Sri Ganganagar Abhiyan* (Drug-Free Sri Ganganagar Campaign).
The District Collector instructed the concerned officials to inspect the land sites before allocating them, especially for the 2025-26 budget announcements. The meeting also included a review of land acquisition cases related to the Border Roads Organization (BRO), military defense properties in Bikaner, Border Security Force, Public Works Department, public utility land allotment cases, and pending government land allotment cases. Additionally, a block-wise review of pending land conversion cases on the portal was conducted, with instructions for necessary progress.
Dr. Manju reviewed the Farmer Registration and e-filing processes, and directed that issues on the Rajasthan Contact Portal and CM cases be resolved on a priority basis. She urged the concerned officials to address pending departmental cases within the stipulated time and with high quality. In reviewing pending land allotment cases for government departments, she instructed officials to resolve them according to the prescribed rules. She also directed sub-division officers and tehsildars to submit the required reports for pending cases in accordance with regulations.
During the surprise inspection carried out by sub-division officers and tehsildars, Dr. Manju reviewed the work done under the Jal Jeevan Mission. She emphasized that if any shortcomings were found during inspections, the sub-division officers must ensure that reports are submitted within the deadline. She also directed that, during canal closure, the cleaning of ponds and tanks should be done ahead of time, and arrangements for filling them should be made promptly.
The District Collector reviewed the activities organized under the National Security Month 2025 *Parwah (Care)* and instructed concerned officers to conduct regular monitoring. She emphasized identifying and removing dry trees that could pose a risk to traffic or cause accidents. During the fire safety audit review, she instructed that fire safety audits should be conducted in coaching centers, PG hostels, religious institutions, and marriage halls.
Reviewing Jamabandi segregation, survey, and e-Girdawari processes, the District Collector instructed the resolution of pending cases related to name mutation and other remaining cases. She also reviewed the progress of revenue case resolutions and directed the updating of the GCMs portal.
She instructed all departmental officers to resolve pending cases on the Rajasthan Contact Portal and CM Cell, ensuring the average resolution rate and timely, quality disposal of cases. During the review of pending assembly questions, cases from the Lokayukta, human rights, women, SC/ST, and other commissions, she stressed the priority resolution of revenue-related issues during public hearings to provide relief to the public.
The District Collector also emphasized that all officers should regularly monitor departmental plans for the fiscal year and ensure the completion of allocated targets. The review also covered Panchayat restructuring, Municipal restructuring, and the PM Awas Yojana, with necessary directives issued.
