Junior Annual Sports Day Concludes at St. Anthony's School

The Junior Annual Sports Day at St. Anthony's Senior Secondary School, located in Balicha, concluded successfully. Media in-charge Vikas Sahu informed that students from Nursery to Class 5 participated enthusiastically in the event. During the ceremony, students who secured the first, second, and third positions were awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals by the guests.

The chief guests for the event were Gaurav Singhvi, Claude D'Souza, Yugal Tak, Guneet Monga, and Samarpit Joshi. The event was presided over by the school's principal, William D'Souza. Various events, including races, item races, physical training, and dance, were organized, with a total of 100 races held. In total, 409 medals were won by the students.

The guests emphasized that such events not only foster physical development but also mental growth in children. During the medal distribution, they interacted joyfully with the students. The event began with a flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by an announcement to officially kick off the program. The event was conducted by Alpa Sharma and Deepti Joshi.
