Udaipur, Under the joint auspices of Bhartiya New Year Samojotsav Samiti and Municipal Corporation Udaipur, Bhoomi Poojan was done on Monday morning in the auspicious time in the company of saints for the essential religious meeting to be held on March 23 to welcome Samvat 2080. Kapil Chittoda, the convenor of the Bharatiya New Year Society Committee, said that at the auspicious time in the morning, Bhoomi Poojan was done with Vedic chants in Havan along with sacrifices. On the completion of Havan, good wishes were given to the entire world. During this Bhoomi Poojan program held in the company of saints, Kanya Poojan was also done.

Manju Sharma, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's Metropolitan Sanghchalak Govind Agarwal, Department Sanghchalak Hemendra Shrimali, Metropolitan Karyavah Vishnu Nagda, Metropolitan Co-Karyavah Manish Sharma, Municipal Corporation Deputy Mayor Paras Singhvi, in the Havan held under the priesthood of Pandit Ravi Sukhwal Pracharak Pramukh Shrivardhan, Co-Prant Pracharak Muralidhar, Department Pracharak Anand Pratap Singh, etc. offered sacrifices.

On this occasion, Mahant Viramdev of Meldi Mata Temple, Mahant Indradev Das of Haridasji's Magri Temple, Mahant Radhika Sharan of Sarveshwar Dham Titari, Mahant Ramchandra Das of Mitharam Temple, Mahant Sunderdas of Harihar Ashram Gulabbagh have also graced the ceremony.
