*Udaipur*: Swami Sharanam Education Institute's S.S. College of Education, Umrada, celebrated its foundation day today with a Panchkundi Yajna (a sacred fire ritual) and a felicitation ceremony. Dr. Purnima Naraniya, the principal of the college, shared that on the occasion of the college's foundation day, the Gayatri Parivar members, Mr. Arjun Sanathy and Mrs. Sharada Sanathy, along with the support of Mr. Babulal Paneri and Mrs. Lalita Tripathi, organized the Panchkundi Yajna. The havan (fire ritual) was conducted by the college's director, Dr. Subhash Rajak, secretary Mrs. Ina Rajak, and treasurer Digvijay Rajak, with the participation of faculty members and students.
The college's management committee also honored the educational and administrative staff as well as the teaching faculty during the ceremony. Dr. Subhash Rajak, the college director, shared his experiences from the institution's 17-year-long journey. This felicitation event was graced by the esteemed presence of social worker and renowned entrepreneur Mohan Lal Rajak.
Furthermore, an elaborate Ganesh Utsav (Ganesh festival) was organized as part of the celebration, complete with the traditional worship and rituals. Dr. Purnima Naraniya, the principal, extended her heartfelt gratitude during the occasion.
