US Ambassador Eric M. Garcetti Arrives in Udaipur

Udaipur : United States Ambassador Eric M. Garcetti arrived in Udaipur on Thursday afternoon via an airplane. He has been declared an official guest by the state government. Shikha Saxena, Deputy Director of the Tourism Department, welcomed him at the airport and presented tourism-related promotional materials. Other accompanying guests were also warmly received.

From there, the US Ambassador Eric M. Garcetti, along with his delegation, proceeded to the City Palace in Udaipur. There, he admired the Crystal Gallery, Silver Gallery, and Janana Mahal, as well as explored the museum, receiving praise for its beauty. During his visit to the City Palace, he also observed the Durbar Hall, which was historically significant as it hosted the G-20 International Summit, and he appreciated its grandeur. At this time, a group photo was taken at Manek Chowk, and he received hospitality from Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, a member of the former royal family. He also admired the beauty of Udaipur. Deputy Director Saxena mentioned that on Friday, the delegation would visit Ranakpur and Kumbhalgarh.
