Udaipur's Payal Bai got a transgender certificate

Udaipur. On the National Portal for Transgender Persons, run by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India for transgender people, Udaipur's eunuch Payal Bai got the transgender identity certificate issued by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment under the signature of District Collector Tarachand Meena. 
Deputy Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Mandhata Singh Ranawat said that the benefits of all the schemes run by the state and central government for the people of the transgender community can be obtained based on this certificate. 
Through this certificate, a person of the bisexual community can get the facility of free medical and gender change surgery by joining Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Yojana. Transgender community students can also get scholarships under pre-matriculation and post-matriculation scholarship schemes based on this identity card.
That's why Payal Bai and Bhanwari Bai were inspired to issue such identity cards to all the people of the transgender community and to take advantage of the schemes run by the state and central government. On this occasion, Amit Bhatt, the divisional-level representative of the transgender community of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, presented him with an identity card.
