Dr. Laik Hussain, the director of the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, shared that the event was held by the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, Udaipur, in honor of the late Shri Riyaz Ahmad Tahseen, the former secretary and vice-president of the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, on the occasion of his birth anniversary. At the beginning of the program, Chief Guest Dula Ram Saharan, the institution's director, along with esteemed guests, paid their respects to Shri Riyaz Tahseen by garlanding his portrait and lighting a lamp. Following this, the institution's director welcomed all the guests, visitors, and artists to the event.
He described Shri Riyaz Tahseen as a social worker, educator, art connoisseur, industrialist, and a Gandhian thinker. Although he was associated with several other organizations in the city, he had a special affection for the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal.
