SPSU Cadets Excel in NCC ‘B’ Certificate Examination 2023

Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur aims at the holistic development of the students, promotes well-being, strengthen communities and focuses on personal and societal transformation to create a more equitable and just society. It is commendable that 10 NCC cadets of SPSU Ravi Paliwal, Shashwat Tiwari, Mohit Swami, Vinay Choudhary, Sneha Tiwari, Anamika Gupta, Anjali Teli, Kajal janwa,Lakshmi Rajput, Aadhyagajjar of the School of Engineering and Management have secured A grade in the NCC ‘B’ Certificate Examination which was held in March 2023.

They shall also be awarded bonus marks in various examinations like recruitment of Central and State police services and paramilitary forces. The University has several infrastructure facilities as permanent firing range, obstacle course and organisestraining programmes all of which are conducted under the guidance of SPSU AssociateNCC Officer Lt. (Dr.) D S Chouhan. The cadets have participatedactively in many camps like Joint Annual Training Camp, Army Camp, PreRDC etc. and activities like community services and social welfare, blood donation camp, cleanliness campaign, tree plantation etc. are also involved. Since 2018, a total of more than 45 cadets have got B certificate and about 35 cadets have got C certificate and more than 20 cadets have been selected as officers in the armed forces.
