Bhilwara, the Sangam University is set to organize its tenth convocation ceremony on February 9. The convocation will be presided over by Shri Rampal Soni, Chairman of the Sangam Group, with chief guest Shri Bhuvan Chandra Pathak, Chairman and Managing Director of NPCIL (Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited), Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.
The convocation address will be delivered by Prof. G.D. Sharma, President of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. Professor Karunesh Saxena, the Vice-Chancellor of the university, announced that a total of 29 Ph.D. degrees, 01 post-doctorate degree, and 25 gold medals, including UG and PG degrees, will be conferred upon 560 students in the tenth convocation ceremony.
Registrar Professor Rajiv Mehta revealed that all preparations, including accommodation arrangements, have been completed ahead of the convocation ceremony. Many students from various locations are present to receive their degrees. Professor Manas Ranjan Panigrahi, Pro Vice-Chancellor, highlighted that thorough preparations were made after conducting a rehearsal for the convocation ceremony. Exam controller Professor Jag Bhushan Sharma confirmed that all necessary arrangements related to exams and degrees have been finalized, mentioning that this year's degrees will feature various security digital features.
