115 meritorious students will be honored

Maharana Mewar Foundation's 39th Annual Student Honor Ceremony

Udaipur, Releasing the list of students to be honored by Dr. Mayank Gupta, the coordinator of the 39th annual felicitation ceremony of Maharana Mewar Foundation, he said that the selected students would be honored on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at City Palace, Udaipur premises at 4 pm. Foundation's Trustee, Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewad, will be honored in a special function at 30 pm.

He informed that 110 students of 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 would be honored for their best achievements under Maharana Fateh Singh Samman, given by the Foundation to talented students in the field of academic, co-scholastic, and sports. Eleven thousand one rupees, a citation, and a medal will be given to each student.

Maharana Fateh Singh Samman

(Established in the year 1980-81)

Maharana Fateh Singh Tejaswi, Kulabhimani, influential, mighty, tolerant, brave, patient, serious, fearless, virtuous, Jitendraya, thrifty, dutiful, philanthropic, pious, Bhagwat devotee, refugee-vatsal, an ideal ruler. Due to objection, he followed his traditional practice by giving shelter to many eminent persons from outside states. Even though the presence of Indian princes and Nawabs was considered mandatory in the court of Delhi organized by the British, he protected Mewar's self-respect and love of freedom by disobeying the tradition of slavery twice.

This honor will be given to the passed students with special merit marks in the secondary and senior examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education and the Board of Secondary Education in the last academic session. The boundary area of respect will be Udaipur Municipal Corporation.

This honor is also given to those with exceptional merit in sports, literary and cultural arts.

Established in the year 1980-81, so far, 2174 students have been honored with this decoration. This year 110 students have been selected from this decoration, whose list is as follows:-

Along with studying in the 10th standard in Government Higher Secondary School in Utharda village of Salumber tehsil of Udaipur district, Harish made such an open electric car with two years of hard work the use of farmers and ordinary people, in which 4 to 6 people can ride.

Harish has made hydraulically operated JCB machines, robots, drones, convenient lifts, toys, etc., from scrap materials. They say that anyone can fulfill their dreams if there is talent and passion for hard work. Harish's father has already passed away, but he has always received positive support from his mother, family, and teachers.

Ms. Sita Dangi

Sita Dangi, a student in class VII in the Government Higher Secondary School in Maharaj Ki Khedi village of Udaipur district, says, 'Talent is not dependent on anyone; if there is a firm intention in mind, then the destination is achieved.'

From a small village, Sita has designed a multipurpose machine for the farmers, which can do many tasks. The device can be used for agricultural work in the fields and transportation. The 50-kilometer running engine has a 200-volt solar panel and 1200-voltage boosting technology, horn, indicator, headlight, etc. The machine can remove weeds. Pesticides can be sprayed. You can bring grass, wood, etc., from the farm home. The machine has a lifting capacity of up to 400 kg. On this feat of Sita, she was awarded a prize of one lakh rupees by her father's friend Lakshmi Lal Dangi. Enthusiasm and suggestions were received from all the school's teachers in preparing this machine.
