The Joint Director has filled out the pledge form for eye donation, and workshops for eye donation will be held in all regional schools.
Under the guidance of Additional Chief Secretary Shubhra Singh, the Angadan-Jeevandan program will be celebrated from August 3rd to August 17th. Shine India Foundation, the only organization working for eye donation organizes awareness programs on eye donation in both government and private schools in the entire Hadoti region. Top administrative officials will inaugurate the campaign in the district.
The organization has received generous support from the Kota district administration for the Angadan Festival. The Police Commissioner Shri Prasanna Khamesra, Additional Police Superintendent Shri Bhagwat Singh Hingad, District Collector Shri O. P. Bunakar, and the Joint Director (School Education) have also supported the eye donation campaign.
To turn this initiative into a mass movement, on the occasion of Indian Eye Donation Day, the Joint Director (School Education), Shri Surendra Singh Gaur, also pledged to eye donation and issued orders to conduct eye donation workshops in all government and private schools in the region. It is noteworthy that Shine India Foundation has been organizing eye donation workshops in all schools at the regional level since 2016.
