Udaipur, Under the supervision of the honorable Secretary of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, and the directions of the Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, preparations have commenced for the National Lok Adalat scheduled for July 13th. Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, stated that necessary instructions have been given for the resolution of more and more cases eligible for resignation in the upcoming National Lok Adalat. A meeting of judicial officers of the Udaipur headquarters was held to ensure the successful organization of the National Lok Adalat. Directives were provided in the meeting for the inclusion and resolution of various cases in the National Lok Adalat. Additional District Judge Sharma mentioned that if the litigants wish to include their cases in the National Lok Adalat, they can approach the concerned officer in the court where the case is pending and submit a request.
Cases pertaining to pre-litigation under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, debt recovery, disputes related to labor and regulation, electricity, water and other bill payment issues (excluding criminal cases), cases related to maintenance, revenue disputes, partition and division of holdings, civil disputes, service matters, consumer disputes, and other cases eligible for resignation (related to the jurisdiction of other authorities, commissions, forums, boards, and officials) will be resolved.
Similarly, cases pending in court eligible for resignation such as criminal cases, cases under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act (N.I. Act), debt recovery, matters related to M.A.C.T., disputes related to labor and regulation, electricity, water and other bill payment issues (excluding criminal cases), family disputes (excluding divorce), cases related to land acquisition, all types of service matters (except promotion and seniority disputes), all types of revenue matters, partition and division of holdings, commercial disputes, bank disputes, disputes of non-government educational institutions, disputes related to cooperatives, disputes of local bodies (development authorities, municipalities, etc.), real estate disputes, railway claims disputes, tax disputes, other tax-related disputes, disputes between consumers and vendors, disputes between service providers, civil cases (rental, partition, easement, injunction, declaration, compensation, and specific performance claims), and such other cases eligible for mutual resignation with other authorities, commissions, forums, boards, and officials will be resolved.
