### Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Organizes AI-Based Online Quiz on NEP

 

Udaipur, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth conducted a national-level online quiz titled "Napthon" based on the National Education Policy 2020. Vice-Chancellor Prof. S.S. Sarangdevot inaugurated the quiz, emphasizing that this initiative, being the first of its kind in the country, provides an excellent platform for students and teachers to deepen their understanding and awareness of the NEP. The quiz, open to participants from various educational institutions across India, aims to promote a comprehensive understanding of the transformative goals and perspectives outlined in the policy, which focuses on holistic development and multidisciplinary education.

**Participants from 28 States and 8 Union Territories**

Prof. Sarangdevot highlighted the quiz's significance as a symbol of educational innovation and excellence, attracting participants from states and UTs including Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, and Puducherry.

Dr. Yuvraj Singh Rathore, Director of the University’s IQAC, stated that the primary objective of the quiz is to raise awareness about the NEP, promote critical thinking for its implementation, and create an environment conducive to contemporary educational reforms. Additionally, this quiz aims to foster a culture of continuous learning and educational development within the academic community. Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, a premier institution dedicated to education and research, has a rich history of academic excellence and remains a leader in educational innovation.

Dr. Chandresh Kumar Chhatlani, the NEP coordinator and quiz organizing secretary, explained that AI-based software was used to ensure the integrity and fairness of the quiz. This innovative technology monitored participants online to prevent any form of cheating, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for all. AI-based proctoring recorded participants' images and voices if any suspicious activity was detected, and ensured that no participant could open any window other than the quiz. Continuous video recording of participants' rooms was also conducted by another software.

The event saw the presence of key university officials including Chief Head B.L. Gurjar, Permanent Staff Dr. Kaushal Nagda, Dr. Pradeep Singh Shaktawat, Dr. Yajna Ameta, Durga Shankar, Dr. Lalit Salvi, and Vikas Dangi.
