### NIMS University Participates in Rajasthan Football Association’s Annual Assembly & Elections
Jaipur, Under the direction of NIMS University’s Pro-Chancellor, Prof. Amarika Singh, the Sports Board Secretary, Dr. Kuldeep Singh Jhala, attended the Rajasthan Football Association's (RFA) Annual Assembly and Elections held at Aaram Bagh Resort in Udaipur.
Shri Manvendra Singh Jasol was unanimously elected as the President, and Shri Dilip Singh Shekhawat as the Secretary of the Rajasthan Football Association. NIMS University extended its heartfelt congratulations to all newly elected executive members. The new committee has assumed office, with a commitment to the development of football in the state.
A significant collaboration between NIMS University Rajasthan, Jaipur, and the Rajasthan Football Association is being initiated to enhance the growth of football in Rajasthan. A comprehensive action plan is being developed, focusing on improving the football infrastructure and providing better training for players in the state.
Furthermore, the Rajasthan Football Association will assist in the successful organization of the West Zone Inter-University Football (Men and Women) tournaments, which will be hosted by NIMS University Rajasthan. This initiative is expected to boost football in the state, providing better opportunities for players and increasing enthusiasm for the sport.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a new partnership between NIMS University and the Rajasthan Football Association, under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Balveer Singh Tomar, Founder and Chancellor of NIMS University. It is anticipated that this initiative will significantly advance football activities and competitions in Rajasthan, creating better opportunities for players and fostering greater interest in the sport.
The RFA's Annual Assembly also saw the presence of AIFF Treasurer Mr. Ajay Keepa, Gujarat Football Association Secretary Mr. Moolraj Singh Chudasama, Hindustan Zinc Football Academy's Sports CEO Mr. Akash Narula, First India News Director Mr. Mahipal Singh Nimbara, RUFC Club Managing Director Mr. K.K. Tank, Jaipur Elite Football Club Managing Director Mr. Shiv Pratap Singh, former RFA President Mr. Lal Singh Jhala, along with football officials from all districts of Rajasthan, and other dignitaries.
