Devotees Overflow with Faith at Rudraarchan Ceremony at Shri Peetambara Ashram

Banswara, : The Rudraarchan Maha Anushthan at Shri Peetambara Ashram concluded on Saturday night with an outpouring of devotion. The event, held as part of the Shravan month’s Shani Pradosh Mahotsav, featured a series of rituals including Rudraarchan, Shiv Pooja, collective recitations of Shaiva hymns, Maha Aarti, and the chanting of auspicious verses and Shiva Naam Sankirtan.

Under the guidance of renowned Vedic scholar Pandit Rakesh Shukla, the Rudra Pooja was led by Sudhir Chobisa and Nisha Chobisa, who conducted the rituals with Vedic hymns, ancient mantras, and various divine worship practices. The ceremonies included Panchadev worship, Rudra Abhishek, and Shiva Archana.

Echoes of Vedic Hymns and Shaiva Mantras

The event was marked by the resonant recitations of Rudra hymns and Shaiva mantras, performed by a team of scholars including Pandit Devshankar Joshi, Pandit Pawan Pathak, Pandit Manohar Heeralal Joshi, Pandit Neeraj Pathak, Pandit Mahendra Trivedi, Pandit Chandresh Vyas, Pandit Vinod Chobisa, Pandit Arun Vyas, Pandit Madhusudan Vyas, Pandit Lalit Acharya, Pandit Manoj Narhari Bhatt, Pandit Girish Joshi, Pandit Anil NH Bhatt, Pandit Nikunj Soni, and young scholar Aashv Pathak. Various devotees participated in these divine rituals.

Traditional Shaiva Aarti and Floral Offerings

During the Pradosh Mahotsav, the traditional Shaiva Aarti and floral offerings were performed by the chief practitioners Sudhir Chobisa and Nisha Chobisa, alongside Vinod Chobisa, Chandresh Vyas, Pushpa Vyas, Reena Chobisa, and Tanmay Chobisa.

Honoring with Vedic Chants

Following the festival, a special felicitation ceremony was held by the Gayatri Mandal. Senior official Animesh Purohit, Vice President of the Gayatri Mandal and a senior officer in the state cooperative services, was honored with Vedic Swastivachan and auspicious chants on his promotion to Additional Registrar in the Rajasthan Cooperative Department.

The event also featured a collective Bhagwan Naam Sankirtan, with senior members including Kanhaiyalal Joshi, Advocate Yashpal Gupta, Ramashankar Shukla, Pandit Subhash Bhatt, Dromil Trivedi, Bhanupratap Singh, Ajay Adhikari, Divyabala Joshi, Himani Pathak, Pallavi Chauhan, Neena Purohit, Neena Gupta, Diksha Vyas, Sadhna Shukla, and Sharda Maida participating and showcasing the enthusiasm for Shaiva devotion.
