Three-Tier Public Hearing System to Address Citizen Grievances

In accordance with the directives of the Rajasthan government, a three-tier public hearing system has been implemented in the district to address and resolve citizen grievances and issues effectively.

As per the instructions of the District Collector, public hearings will be held at three levels each month: at the Gram Panchayat level on the first Thursday, at the Sub-Division level on the second Thursday, and at the District level on the third Thursday. In line with this, the upcoming public hearings will take place as follows: September 5 at the Gram Panchayat level, September 12 at the Sub-Division level, and September 19 at the District level, all starting at 11:00 AM in the VC Room.

The District Collector has instructed all officials to ensure that grievances received during these hearings are recorded on the contact portal within three days and resolved promptly. The District Collector has also directed the CEO of the District Council, all Sub-Divisional Magistrates, and all other officials to ensure that grievances are resolved swiftly in accordance with the government's intent.
