Teacher's Day Celebrated with Reverence at Bhupal Nobles Public School

Udaipur,  Bhupal Nobles Public School celebrated Teacher's Day with great enthusiasm and reverence on Thursday, September 5, 2024, in honor of the renowned educator Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday. Principal Dr. Seema Naruka shared that the special occasion featured a variety of vibrant programs and performances by students in tribute to their teachers.

In a unique initiative, the school invited retired teachers to attend the event. Reuniting with their former students after many years, the retired educators were moved to tears. Each teacher lit a lamp on a colorful rangoli in front of the stage, symbolizing the spread of knowledge and enlightenment.

Students presented speeches, poems, songs, and dances, and expressed their respect by giving cards, fruits, and traditional shawls to their teachers. The event was graced by distinguished guests including Dr. Mahendra Singh Agarwal, Secretary of the B.N. Institute; Mohabbat Singh Rupa Khedi, Managing Director; Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh, Registrar of B.N. University; Shakti Singh Karooi, Finance Minister of the B.N. Institute; Joint Secretary Rajendra Singh Thana; and President Hanumant Singh Boheda.

Dr. Agarwal highlighted Dr. Radhakrishnan’s life, noting that he was not only a great teacher but also a prominent philosopher and politician. Emphasizing the principle of 'Education for All,' Dr. Agarwal advocated for communal harmony and the belief in one God.

Registrar Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh discussed the importance of teachers, stating that learning is a continuous process. He noted that a good teacher is characterized by their ability to keep learning and teaching. Teachers play a crucial role in shaping students' lives, guiding them in distinguishing right from wrong through their own experiences.

President Hanumant Singh Boheda spoke about the long-standing tradition of honoring teachers in Indian culture, referencing revered figures like Lord Ram and Krishna. He expressed gratitude to the guests and extended Teacher's Day wishes to everyone.
