District Collector Issues Directives for Timely Completion of Assigned Targets

Sri Ganganagar,  A weekly review meeting of district-level officials was held on Monday at the Collectorate auditorium, chaired by District Collector Dr. Manju. During the meeting, the Collector reviewed the implementation of budget announcements and instructed for the swift completion of these tasks.

Dr. Manju emphasized that district-level officials must ensure that the assigned targets for departmental schemes are completed within the stipulated time frame. She stressed that the benefits of these schemes should reach the general public as intended by the state government.

The Collector also reviewed the e-filing system and directed that all government offices should operate through e-filing. She urged district-level officials to regularly review the work of sub-divisional officers to ensure necessary progress in departmental schemes.

Regarding the resolution of cases registered on the Contact Portal, Dr. Manju instructed that cases should be resolved promptly to prevent any from remaining pending for more than 30 days. She also emphasized the need to address PMO cases and those received during public hearings effectively, ensuring that complainants are satisfied. Cases that can be processed according to regulations should not be kept pending.

Dr. Manju instructed for 100% registration on the Karmayogi Portal and encouraged the completion of more courses. She advised that inter-departmental cases should be resolved through mutual coordination among officials.

She also directed that no road should be demolished without proper authorization and that electricity and water connections to Anganwadi centers should be provided promptly. The Departments of Women and Child Development, along with the Water Supply and Electricity Departments, were instructed to coordinate their efforts.

On the issue of seasonal disease prevention, Dr. Manju reviewed anti-larvae activities and stressed the importance of the Health Department taking serious action. She reviewed the progress of budget announcements and urged relevant departmental officials to complete the tasks as soon as possible.

Berwal, among others.
