#### Development of Languages Cannot Be Bound by Limits: Dr. Malay Paneri

Udaipur, On the occasion of Hindi Day, a seminar was organized by the Hindi Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Bhupal Nobles University, in collaboration with the Rajasthan Sahitya Academy, Udaipur. Dean of the college, Dr. Shilpa Rathore, welcomed the guests, emphasizing that Hindi is a language we use in our daily lives, and it remains a vibrant language. She remarked that Hindi Day encourages us to pledge to increase our usage of the language.

The keynote speaker, Dr. Malay Paneri, highlighted that Hindi has always been a powerful and capable language. He stressed that restricting languages cannot lead to their development. Though Hindi has gained constitutional recognition, its true strength lies in the everyday use by the people of India. He underscored the importance of pledging to use Hindi more in daily life.  

Dr. Nirmala Sharma, in her paper presentation, discussed the current state of Hindi, emphasizing that a sincere dedication to the language is necessary for its bright future. She compared the strong attachment of other nations to their languages and urged a similar commitment to Hindi. The second speaker, Madan Singh Rawat, reflected on the historical development of Hindi and its increased use in electronic media, which ensures the language's continued identity.  

Professor Srinivasan Ayyar spoke about the richness of Hindi, highlighting the linguistic diversity that makes it unique. He pointed out that we must feel proud while speaking Hindi to ensure its flourishing future. Senior litterateur Shrenidan Charan infused the atmosphere with energy by reciting a poem about love for one's language.  

On this occasion, faculty members and guests signed a poster in Hindi, expressing their feelings toward the language. Colonel Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, University Chairperson, Dr. Mahendra Singh Agariya, Minister of Vidya Pracharini Sabha, Managing Director Mohabbat Singh Rathore, and University Registrar Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh Khod sent their best wishes for Hindi Day.  

Dr. Husaini Bohra, Head of the Department, commemorated the contributions of Bharatendu Harishchandra towards the development of Hindi and expressed gratitude to the guests. The program was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Kirti Chundawat, and it was attended by the entire staff and students.
