### PM's Skill Development Program Begins at Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic

Udaipur, The Prime Minister's Skill Development Program (PMKVY) aims to provide essential skill training to the youth of India, creating better employment opportunities in industries. Young individuals can also start their own businesses after acquiring these skills. 

These thoughts were expressed by Hansraj Chaudhary, former president of Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) and vice-president of Vidya Bhawan Society, during the PMKVY kit distribution ceremony at Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic College.

The program, operated by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), focuses on providing skill training to youth.

Dr. Anil Mehta, Principal of Polytechnic, stated that the first phase has introduced short-term courses in Web Development, Solar PV Installation, and Tree Care. Unemployed youth aged 15 to 45 from Udaipur and surrounding areas can participate in these free training programs. The sessions are held for three to four hours daily.

Mehta further announced that courses in CNC Programming and PLC Programming will soon commence in the Saraswati Mechatronics Center under the second phase.

Training coordinator Abhishek Mogra informed that expert trainers, including Gaurav Paliwal, Bhuvan Ameta, Pankaj Kumar Singh, Darshana Sharma, Nitin Sanadhya, Ramesh Chandra Kumhar, Gaurang Sharma, and Amit Kushwaha, will conduct the various skill development programs.
