The event was organized by the Government Divisional Public Library, Kota under the Department of Language and Library, at the Dr. S.R. Ranganathan Convention Hall. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Ramvatar Meghwal, Associate Professor, Hindi Department, Government College of Art, Kota. The Chief Guest was Dr. Vivek Kumar Mishra, Professor, Hindi Department, Government College of Art, Kota, while the Special Guest was Dr. Aditya Kumar Gupta, Professor, Hindi Department, Government College of Art, Kota. The Seed Speech was delivered by Professor K.B. Bharati, with Dr. Gopal Krishna Bhatt "Aakul" as the distinguished guest. The invited lecture was given by Dr. Madhu Sanadhy, an educationist from DAV Public School, Kota, and the Guest of Honor was Dr. Rashmi Srivastava. The event was hosted by Mr. Satyendra Verma, Vice Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Bapawar, Kota. The central theme of the program was “Global Perspective of Hindi: Challenges and Opportunities.”
Addressing the opening session, Dr. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, President of the Division Library, stated that “The combination of Hindi and technology drives the country towards progress, where traditional knowledge and modern innovation meet. The synergy between the power of the Hindi language and the capabilities of technology leads the nation to new heights of development.”
In his keynote speech, Professor Bharati emphasized that the relevance of Hindi Day lies in our commitment to extend Hindi to areas where it is not yet prevalent. Dr. Gupta, the Special Guest, mentioned that the demand for Hindi in advertising today suggests a promising future for the language. Chief Guest Dr. Mishra highlighted that the expansion of Hindi magazines abroad reflects the vast world of Hindi. In his presidential address, Dr. Meghwal advocated for language-related provisions in educational policies to ensure that children remain engaged with Hindi throughout their educational journey.
During the invited lecture segment, Dr. Madhu Sanadhy shed light on “Global Perspective of Hindi: Challenges and Opportunities,” while Dr. Rashmi Srivastava delivered a paper on “Hindi is the Heartbeat of India.”
On this occasion, the book "Indradhanush Ban Jaoon Main," edited by Dr. Gopal Krishna Bhatt "Aakul," was released by the distinguished guests. Dr. Bhatt discussed the book, and Dr. Deepak Kumar Srivastava provided insights into his personality.
