Poster and Poetry Singing Competitions Held by Inner Wheel Club of Udaipur Divas
Udaipur: On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, the Inner Wheel Club of Udaipur Divas organized a poster competition and poetry singing event for students at the Government Upper Primary School in the village of Barodia.
Club President Nayana Jain emphasized that Hindi is our national language, and the poster competition encouraged children to create posters on various themes related to the language. The posters beautifully depicted the importance, history, and development of the Hindi language. Rekha Bhanawat, the club's founding president, remarked on the significance of Hindi as our national language and the need to honor it.
During the poetry singing competition, students performed Hindi poems, expressing their love and respect for the language. Club member Bela Vyas also recited Hindi poems for the children and provided them with insights into the Hindi alphabet and letters.
The event saw active participation from the school's principal, Kanhaiyalal Sharma, along with all the teachers, who enthusiastically engaged with the students. In addition to the posters, the children created beautiful cards. Their posters and poems were both impressive and captivating.
At the conclusion of the event, prizes were awarded to the winners. Students who made the best cards received first, second, and third prizes. The event successfully fostered an increased awareness and interest in the Hindi language among the children. The teachers and students contributed significantly to making the event a great success.
