### Three-Day Training for District Reference Group Commences

Udaipur . Under the aegis of the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Udaipur, a three-day training program for the District Reference Group, selected for educational research, began on Thursday. According to DIET Principal Chandrashekhar Joshi, this training has been organized under the coordination of officer Amrita Joshi, and 40 participants from various blocks in the district have been invited.

During the inaugural session, senior lecturer Dr. Brijbala Sharma, lecturer Tribhuvan Chawbiya, Amrita Joshi, and Riyaz Ahmed shared their insights on the importance of the District Reference Group and the training program. On the first day of training, resource person Devilal Thakur provided information about the definition, significance, types, and various methods of research, along with the processes of proposal creation. Participants also engaged in creating proposals and presenting them.

During an open discussion, participants Dr. Govind Singh Shaktawat, Mahesh Kumar Joshi, Khyati Sharma, Sneha Batra, and Vrinda Sindhi shared their knowledge and experiences. The training will conclude on Saturday, September 21.

**Textbook-Based Training from September 23**
The ET division of the institute will organize a two-day textbook-based training for mathematics teachers of classes six to ten in government schools starting Monday, September 23. Approximately 40 teachers will participate, as informed by division head Bina Kanwar Rajput.
