### Inauguration of Principal's Podium: A Call for Dedication in Education

The role of teachers as a fundamental part of society was emphasized by former Additional Director of Education (Retd.) and educationist Dharmendra Kumar Joshi during the inauguration ceremony of the Principal's Podium at R.V. School Devda in the Ghatal sub-district, the largest in the Banswara district. He urged educators to adopt high ideals and provide quality education, asserting that the school’s identity revolves around its principal. “Every day, the staff is evaluated by the young children as if they were gods,” he stated, calling for an earnest dedication to their teaching.

**Call to Nurture Local Talent**
Joshi encouraged the talented individuals of Vagadh to step forward for educational advancement, stating, “There are countless talents in Vagadh that need to be honed and developed.”

**Collective Efforts for Top Rankings**
Former Joint Director of Education (Retd.) Mavji Khat, addressing the attendees as a special guest, highlighted that Banswara district can achieve top rankings in Rajasthan only through collective efforts. He emphasized the importance of fostering a positive outlook among students and teachers alike.

**Teachers as Pillars of Society**
Khat also recognized the critical roles of teachers and learners as the core pillars of society, advocating for the effective use of modern technology in education.

**Warning to School Heads**
Naveen Chandra Meena, the Chief Block Education Officer of Ghatal, issued stern warnings to school heads who fail to complete their tasks and meet online requirements, insisting that Ghatal block should lead in educational activities within the district.

**School Darpan Portal as a Reflection of School Quality**
He remarked that the School Darpan portal serves as a mirror for schools, with certified data from U-DICE reflecting the performance of the principal and the institution before higher authorities. He mandated that all principals and coordinators must complete their work on the ranking and the School Darpan portal within three days, warning of disciplinary actions for non-compliance.

**Final Warning and Call for Action**
Meena stressed that Banswara district will only excel if all stakeholders work diligently. He pointed out specific schools that have failed to perform and emphasized that if salaries are credited on the first of each month, all educational tasks should be completed by the same date. A final warning was issued, stating that disciplinary action would commence if the tasks were not completed within three days.

**Community and Educational Representatives Present**
The ceremony also featured the presence of social worker Ram Lal Kharadi from Devda Gram Panchayat, Principal Ms. Deepika Roti of the local school, former ADEO Pramod Tambiyar, and Block Reference Person Jinedra Jain, all of whom shared their insights.

In the second session, discussions were held on various topics, with Prabuddh Kumar Sharma addressing SNA, Arun Vyas discussing record maintenance and RTI regulations, and Indra Singh Chauhan offering logical solutions to problems on the School Darpan portal.

The event was conducted by Lokesh Upadhyay, with welcoming remarks from podium chairman Sanjay Gupta and other distinguished guests, including Lokesh Jain, Kailash Meena, Ashirwad Joshi, Veerendra Dosi, Ashish Pandiya, Sheetal Pandiya, Manoj Meena, Vinod Adhikari, Jalaj Acharya, Partha Dama, and Snehalata Mehra.
