Operation Vajra Prahar: 59 Criminals Arrested
Kota: City SP Dr. Amrita Duhan reported that the Inspector General of Police for the Kota range launched a one-day area dominance campaign named Operation Vajra Prahar.
During this operation, the Kota city police formed 80 teams and deployed 330 personnel, conducting raids at 310 locations starting from 5:00 AM in various police circles and jurisdictions.
As a result of the operation, 20 permanent warrants were executed, 1 wanted criminal under Section 173(8) of the CrPC was apprehended, and 2 wanted criminals were arrested. In actions against illegal weapons, 34 sharp weapons were seized from 34 individuals. Additionally, 28 hardcore criminals and 158 history-sheeter criminals were checked, and inquiries were documented. In total, 59 criminals were arrested during this operation.
