New Delhi : On Friday, Dr. Pragya Paliwal Gaud, Director General of All India Radio, inaugurated a special cleanliness campaign at the All India Radio Bhawan in New Delhi. Senior officials from All India Radio were present during the event. After offering floral tributes at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi, the Director General visited various designated areas within the premises to promote cleanliness under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, alongside the staff of All India Radio.
Dr. Paliwal Gaud announced that a nationwide special cleanliness campaign will take place across all Prasar Bharati offices from October 2 to October 31. She emphasized the significance of the cleanliness initiative launched by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 2, 2014.
The Director General highlighted that the cleanliness campaign has been simultaneously initiated at over 300 All India Radio centers, and as part of Special Campaign 4.0, more than 1,000 locations have been identified across regional offices and stations for this initiative.
