Udaipur: The Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital in Umarada organized an event for World Mental Health Day. This year's theme was "Prioritizing Mental Health in the Workplace." The program saw participation from medical and paramedical students, faculty, and others.
Professor Praveen Khairkar discussed strategies for dealing with individuals who prioritize themselves over others in the workplace. Dr. Archish Khivsara addressed the mental health issues prevalent in work culture and offered suggestions for creating a better environment.
On this occasion, Vice Chancellor Dr. Prashant Nahar, Medical Superintendent Dr. Sarita Kant, and Director of Medical Labs Dr. Chandra Mathur honored the winners of various creative activities. Dr. Nahar emphasized the importance of resilience, respect, and a growth-oriented mindset in the workplace. He encouraged everyone to build a supportive team atmosphere to enhance mental health.
