Music Brought Them Together! DJ Yogi Marries Charu Semwal in Delhi!
Mumbai: Music is known for bringing people together, but for DJ Yogi, it became a lifelong connection when he met Charu Semwal through music. The couple recently tied the knot in Delhi. While Yogi is now one of India’s leading DJs, Charu is a finalist from Indian Idol.
Reflecting on how it all began, Yogi shared that he initially reached out to Charu to create a remake of a song she had originally sung. Their first meeting took place during one of her shows in Mumbai. “That’s where we exchanged numbers and our conversations started. We began discussing how our shows went, and gradually our relationship developed. We never realized when and how it happened; it just did,” he said.
Yogi mentioned that he and his bride are connected through their shared love for food and travel. “But our biggest point of connection is our passion for music. I had no doubt that I wanted to marry her, and now we stand here, ready to live the rest of our lives together,” he concluded.
