Delhi witnessed a shower of sweet Bhajans and a beautiful presentation of Raas dance on Sharad Purnima

New Delhi. On the occasion of Sharad Purnima in the country's capital New Delhi, the audience was enthralled with the continuous shower of sweet Bhajans presented by the famous singer Swarnashree and Dhruv Sharma from Vrindavan and the beautiful presentation of Raas dance by folk artists in the Sharad Purnima Mahotsav and Bhajan Sandhya organized by the leading social service organization Ram Krishna Seva Sansthan in Kamani Auditorium.

The duet of Swarnashree and Dhruv Sharma started the musical bhajan evening with prayers for God and Guru accompanied by harmonium, tabla, dholak, flute, mridang and modern sound combination from the fellow artists and thereafter enthralled everyone by giving beautiful and pleasing renditions of bhajans one after the other. Harsh Sharma sang soul-touching bhajans on the guitar with great emotion while Swarnashree won everyone's heart with her melodious voice. The Swarnashree and Dhruv Sharma also presented many duets and their fellow artists also supported them very well in chorus.

In the Bhajan Sandhya, the beautiful presentation of Raas dance by the folk artists dressed in the beautiful attire of Radha and Krishna brought it to a climax. Seeing this, the audience could not stop themselves and joined the Raas dance.

At the beginning of the program, founder chairman of Ram Krishna Seva Sansthan O P Bagla, chairman of Rajasthan Ratnakar, a leading organization of migrant Rajasthanis, Rajendra Gupta, former councilor of Chandni Chowk Suman Gupta, head of the organization M K Gupta, general secretary Jai Prakash Goyal, outgoing head Pushpendra Goyal, social service president Shyam Sundar Gupta, cultural program president Lalit Poddar, special vice president Satish Jindal and Ratish Jindal, treasurer Pradeep k Beriwal, secretary Rajeshwar Gupta, conveners of various committees Arvind Bansal, Ashok Agarwal, Neeraj Goyal, Shritij Mittal, Pramod Kansal, Ashwin Chaudhary, Raju Singhal, Manoj Lath etc. welcomed the bhajan artists and participated in the group aarti.

On this occasion, a beautiful tableau of Radha Krishna was also put up. It is noteworthy that various programmes are organised by Ram Krishna Seva Sansthan every year on the occasion of Sharad Purnima.
