Udaipur: The Faculty of Education at Bhopal Nobles University, Udaipur, organized an extension lecture series under co-curricular activities on the theme *Nation’s Prosperity Through the Culture of Truthfulness*.
Providing details about the event, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Shashi Chittora, mentioned that the program was inaugurated by the chief guest, renowned educator Prof. M.P. Sharma, former Principal of Vidyabhavan Teacher’s College, who offered floral tributes to the Saraswati idol and lit the ceremonial lamp. The esteemed guests were warmly welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Education.
In his address, Prof. Sharma spoke about the rich Indian culture, emphasizing that we should perform our duties with honesty and integrity. He highlighted that India exemplifies unity in diversity. He further stated that failing to perform our duties at the workplace undermines our commitment. Prof. Sharma urged all trainees and educators to approach their duties with a positive mindset and a focus on truthfulness. He also took an oath from the participants to uphold integrity in their work.
Following this, the chief guest launched the journal published by the Faculty of Education on the occasion of a national seminar. Colonel (Prof.) Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, Acting President of Vidya Pracharini Sabha, Prof. Mahendra Singh Agarwal, Secretary of Vidya Pracharini Sabha, Mohabbat Singh Rathore, Managing Director of Vidya Pracharini Sabha, and Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh Rathore, Registrar of Bhopal Nobles University, expressed their happiness about the successful organization of the event. They emphasized that for the past 101 years, Vidya Pracharini Sabha and Bhopal Nobles Institution have been contributing significantly to the nation’s development and prosperity by promoting truthfulness through education.
The event was attended by all trainees and faculty members of the Faculty of Education.
