The Terapanth Youth Council of Udaipur presented two special plays focusing on social issues under the guidance of Acharya Shri Mahashraman Ji's disciple, Muni Suresh Kumar Ji, and other revered saints. The event was held at Lokashah Sthanak, Ashok Nagar, under the presidency of Bhupesh Khamesra.
The plays "Baccha Doob Gaya" and "Sukha Handpump" were staged to address the growing addiction to mobile phones and the looming water crisis. In "Baccha Doob Gaya," a woman spends her time on the mobile phone while her child plays near a swimming pool. Eventually, the child falls into the pool and drowns, delivering the message to avoid the misuse of mobile phones. The play starred Prateek Jain, Kavita Jain, Seema Khamesra, and Sarita Bamb.
The second play, "Sukha Handpump," written by Dr. P.C. Jain, highlighted the future water scarcity that could arise if water continues to be misused. It emphasized the importance of daily water conservation and rainwater harvesting to recharge groundwater sources. Directed by Dr. P.C. Jain, the play featured actors Prateek Jain, Kavita Jain, Bhupesh Khamesra, Seema Khamesra, Raju Bamb, Sarita Bamb, Sajan Mandot, and Chandni Mandot.
After watching both plays, Muni Shri Suresh Kumar Ji emphasized the importance of addressing these social issues and encouraged the youth council to continue raising awareness about mobile misuse and water conservation through such impactful plays.
