Udaipur: A cervical cancer awareness talk was organized today by the Rotary Club Surya at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ambamata, Udaipur. The chief speaker was Rotarian Dr. Devendra Sareen. Approximately 550 female students were present at the event.
Dr. Devendra Sareen shared valuable information about cervical cancer prevention, precautions, and the vaccine for cervical cancer diagnosis. A Q&A session was held with the students, and those who answered correctly were awarded prizes by the club.
Club President Poonam Agarwal appealed to the students to incorporate nutritious food, personal hygiene, and yoga into their daily routine to stay aware of their health.
The event was attended by club members including Rotarian Rajendra Agarwal, Rotarian Rishi Bhasin, Rotarian Sunita Sharma, and Rotarian Mona Bhasin.
