Udaipur, A free mega medical camp was organized by the constituent Physiotherapy Medical College of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University at the Shrama Jeevi College OPD, Dehli Gate, on Saturday. The camp was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Colonel Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot and renowned architect Ranu Gopal.
Highlights of the Camp:
Principal Dr. Shailendra Mehta informed that over 350 patients benefitted from the camp.
Free sugar tests for 150 patients
Free thyroid tests for 75 patients
Free consultation and treatment were provided for bone and joint-related ailments, such as neck pain, back pain, paralysis, arthritis, slipped disc, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, and obesity.
Special rehabilitation services, including exercise programs for post-surgical joint replacements and fracture recovery, were also offered.
Expert Medical Services:
The camp featured services provided by OPD in-charge Dr. Arushi Tandon, Dr. Vinod Nair, and laboratory supervisors, along with a team of medical experts. Key participants included Prof. Malay Paneri, Dr. Hemendra Choudhary, Dr. Dharmendra Rajoura, Dr. Dilip Singh Chauhan, Bhagwati Lal Soni, and Dr. Bhuralal Shrimali.
Future Plans:
Vice Chancellor Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot announced that such camps will be organized monthly. Regular OPD services will be available for patients with bone-related ailments.
