Grand Conclusion of Five-Day Dattatreya Temple Ceremony to be Held on Monday

Udaipur:The five-day Shri Shri Dattatreya Bhagwan Temple Murti Pran Pratishtha and Panch Kundiya Mahayagna, organized by the Nandeshwar Mahadev Temple Construction and Development Committee at Nandeshwar Mahadev Temple, Nai village, will conclude on Monday with a grand Kalash procession and Shobha Yatra.

According to committee member Bhawanishankar Pujari, a Chandi Yagna was held on Sunday in which 31 yajmans offered sacred oblations. The event was graced by former BJP rural district president Chandragupt Singh Chauhan, Rural Cultural Cell General Secretary Bhawanishankar Pujari, Ashok Malviya, Pradeep Ravani, and a large crowd of devotees.

On Sunday, rituals including deity worship, havan, Chandi Yagna, temple ablution, temple trust installation, and Shayyaadhivas were performed. A night vigil (Jagran) was observed until midnight.

Chief Acharya Pushkar Ameta and Co-Acharya Kishan Ameta conducted all the Yagnas with full Vedic rituals. Devotees from Gogunda, Salumber, and Jhadol also actively participated in the offerings.

Ramesh Ameta, Harivallabh Ameta, and Gunvant Kothari informed that on Monday, April 14, the Kalash and Shobha Yatra will begin at 7 AM from Nora Ghati, Chowkadiya, and Jhlar Bawdi villages in Nai. Following the procession, Kalash Sthapana, Dhwaj Dand Arohan, Murti Pran Pratishtha, and Purnahuti will take place during the auspicious Abhijit Muhurat. A grand feast (Mahaprasadi) will be served at 1 PM. Approximately 10,000 devotees are expected to take part in this religious celebration.
