Udaipur, National President and Founder of Shri Ekalignath Rashtriya Seva Sangathan, Aakash Bagdi, stated that with honesty and dedication, social service can reach thousands. He was speaking at the inauguration of four women-oriented social welfare projects in Jodhpur on Sunday.
At a grand ceremony held in Khokhariya town, Nandda Road, Jodhpur, the organization launched a Sewing Training Centre, Beauty Parlour Training, Mehendi Art Workshop, and Dance Coaching Camp—aimed at empowering over 400 women by linking them to employment opportunities.
Bagdi shared that the decision to launch these initiatives came after a fruitful meeting with Jodhpur officials. Special guests included social worker Manohar Singh Bhati from Jaisalmer, and Jodhpur-based Nandini Shaktawat and Rinki Agrawal, who were warmly welcomed in traditional Mewari style.
Bagdi expressed his gratitude, saying, "It’s a privilege to come from Mewar and serve on the land of Marwar."
Jodhpur District Women President Santosh Rathore stated that all camps will operate within Jodhpur city and eligible women have already been identified. The organization, under Bagdi’s leadership, continues to work towards making women self-reliant under the "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" mission.
Initially, the target is to train over 400 women, providing them either job placements or home-based work. Bagdi also mentioned that similar efforts are underway in Udaipur, where sewing training has begun and a beauty course will be launched soon.
