###Statue of Maharana Pratap Unveiled by Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar in Maharashtra
Cremony held in presence of CM Fadnavis, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Rajasthan Governor Bagde
Udaipur/Maharashtra – Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, descendant of Maharana Pratap and a member of the erstwhile royal family of Mewar, unveiled an equestrian statue of the valiant warrior Maharana Pratap in Maharashtra on Friday. The ceremony was held at Connaught Place Garden in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, under the aegis of the Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap Singh Smarak Samiti.
The grand unveiling took place in the august presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Kisanrao Bagde, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, among other dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar stated that Maharana Pratap is a living embodiment of the preservation and promotion of Sanatan Dharma, culture, and the indomitable spirit of sacrifice for the nation's freedom. He said that the exemplary values and life of Maharana Pratap serve as an eternal inspiration for future generations, instilling the spirit of patriotism. He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Maharashtra for their unwavering devotion and reverence toward Maharana Pratap.
Prominent figures who attended the unveiling ceremony included Maharashtra Ministers Atul Moreshwar Save, Sanjay Shirsat, Jaykumar Rawal, former Minister Kripashankar Singh, Member of Parliament Kalyan Rao, former MP Uttam Singh, MLAs Kishore Appaji Patil, Pradeep, former Union Minister Bhagwat, MP Sandipanrao Bhumre, MLAs Shweta Mahale, Satish Chavan, Committee Chairman Kawarsingh, and Vice Chairman Jagat Singh, among others.
